Planning fees: Your price covers Roots & Routes Travel for their time, effort, research, and expertise because work begins promptly after you book.

Before work begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase before we have started your plan, you are eligible for a full refund. **Exception, refunds are not eligible for paid rush orders**

After work begins: Once research and planning are underway, fees are non-refundable, as you are paying for the work performed.

Revisions: Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed for that package. We want you happy with your plan and will work within those revisions to get it right.

Third-party costs: We do not handle your travel bookings, so any refunds, changes, or cancellations for flights, lodging, or activities are governed by those providers' own policies — not ours.
